NFC (Near Field Communication) uses electromagnetic radio fields to send a unique web landing page URL or contact vCard target data in sub-seconds. When a compatible device comes within 4cm of the built-in NTAG213 antenna chip inside the SnapLinkr business card, it triggers a browser popup opening the user's digital profile—without needing any app installs.
Virtually all modern smartphones support background NFC scanning. This includes Apple iPhones (XS, XR, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and newer) and almost all Android platforms (Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus, etc.). Older iPhones (7, 8, X) can scan NFC via the Control Center toggle. Legacy devices can scan the customized QR code on the back of the physical card.
After placing your custom order, our onboarding dashboard allows you to drag-and-drop your company branding files (SVG, PDF, high-res PNG, or AI vectors). Our team of professional designers reviews the file boundaries, scales the sizing to fit the metal or wood textures, and sends you a digital card mockup validation proof before starting production printing or laser etching.

If you want to customize themes, embed event registration forms, schedule Calendly sessions, or manage large team hierarchies, you can upgrade your digital profile to Pro or Enterprise subscription tiers inside your account dashboard. You can modify your redirections dynamically at any time.
