1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our customized laser-engraved NFC products, configuring dynamic digital portfolios, or using the card scanner inside our cross-platform mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you represent a corporate entity or B2B sales team, you represent that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must immediately terminate use of our physical products and dynamic dynamic platforms.

2. Account Portals & dynamic Content Responsibility

To use our dynamic redirection routing and edit profile details, you must create a verified account portal. You retain absolute ownership over the networking details you publish, subject to the following rules:

• Accuracy of Credentials: You agree to keep designation credentials, profile details, and business coordinates accurate and fully updated.
• Dynamic Link Modifications: Since our NFC chips utilize dynamic redirection, you remain strictly liable for the destination web coordinates linked to your SnapLinkr profile.
• Account Safeguards: You are responsible for protecting your account keys and database passwords. Any modifications done through your portal credentials are attributed to you.

3. Customizer Engraving & Checkout Simulation

Our online shop customizer enables users to review three-dimensional card simulator representations, choose materials (matte metal, PVC, premium wood, royal gold), and customize engraving text labels:

• Laser Engraving Restrictions: You represent that the text you enter in our customizer for physical card engraving does not violate any trademarks, copyrights, or registered corporate labels that you do not own.
• Simulation Mockups: The online checkout forms are safe, simulated environments. Shipping details, address parameters, and payment structures are simulated models used to verify checkout flows and are not routed through real live merchant accounts unless explicitly specified.
• Product Returns: Because physical NFC cards are custom-crafted and laser-engraved with your specified name parameters, orders are non-refundable once physical engraving processes begin, except in cases of chip malfunctions.

4. OCR Scanner & Camera Access License

Our business card scanner permits users to access device cameras to convert coordinates from paper business cards into digital contact parameters using Optical Character Recognition (OCR):

You represent that you hold the appropriate authority or consent from the business card owner to scan and store their business contacts. SnapLinkr holds no liability for transcription inaccuracies resulting from low lighting, handwriting variations, or system OCR parsing anomalies.

5. Dynamic NFC Interactions

SnapLinkr dynamic business cards use contactless NFC technology to transmit static redirect links to compatible target smartphones. By using our physical NFC cards, you agree that:

• Device Compatibility: Target smartphones must have active NFC readers enabled to receive contactless transmissions natively. Older models may require scanning the dynamic QR code instead.
• Safe handshakes: Tapping your card against third-party devices must be done in a respectful, professional manner. Any deliberate attempts to intercept signals or exploit device vulnerabilities using custom scripts linked to your profile will result in immediate termination.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to exploit our dynamic routing, profiles, or templates for unlawful or harmful networking activities. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Malicious Coordinates: Pointing dynamic redirect links or profile buttons to websites that host spyware, trojans, ransomware, or phishing campaigns.
• Inappropriate Content Hosting: Uploading graphic, adult, highly offensive, or illegal text/media to your public dynamic profile page templates.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer physical chips, copy internal mobile software designs, or bypass security rules.
• Identity Spoofing: Engraving card parameters or setting up profile designation titles that deliberately impersonate specific public figures, government personnel, or corporate brands.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

Our physical NFC cards and cloud dynamic routing services are delivered "As-Is" and "As-Available" without express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapLinkr and its parent company, BWJ Tech Solutions, are not liable for:

• Connection Interruptions: Temporary server downtime, dynamic redirect drop-outs, or network failures that prevent profile pages from loading during real-life physical handshakes.
• Loss of Networking Leads: Any lost business leads, missed contacts, or networking data inaccuracies resulting from custom forms or visitor input errors.
• Physical wear and tear: Gradual scratch damage, cosmetic fading of laser-engraved steel/wood, or physical damage to embedded NFC copper antennas due to customer misuse.

8. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & DPDP Act Alignment

As SnapLinkr and its developer platform are owned, operated, and maintained by **BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited**, an Indian company, the following governance rules apply:

• Governing Law: These terms, including our privacy protocols and DPDP Act 2026 alignments, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Jurisdiction: All disputes, controversies, or claims arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed illegal or unenforceable by an authorized court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
